Full-featured chess tournament management platform. Swiss and Liga pairing algorithms, Elo computation, FIDE norm detection, Stockfish analysis, AI assistant, and multi-format export (PGN, CSV, TRF). 36-page platform used in live chess tournaments.

### Jerome
Personal AI assistant built on a custom Claude Code harness. Self-extending: can add its own MCP servers, rewrite its own UI, and route tasks to the best Claude model per context. Manages MS 365 email, calendar, and reminders. Runs as a mobile-first webapp on a Raspberry Pi.
